How Does Our Program Work?

First, Sign Up!
Upon clicking the link, you will be taken to the check-out. Take advantage of our FREE 7-Day offer to try it out and see if our program is right for you, using the code “7FREE”. Upon filling out your pertinent information, you will receive via email your login and password. Please sign in and set up your account on a computer, not on your mobile phone. Once the sign-up is completed, you can use your app!

Meal Plans Based On Your Personal Information
Once you input your information, your plan is displayed. You can choose which diet and caloric needs you’d like to follow, which will give you meal plans for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks, with options to exchange foods for preferences.

Within our app, you will be provided tallied macros as your meals are inputted.

We Do All The Work For You
All you have to do is buy the foods in your meal plan. How do we know what you should be eating? We will take your personal health data to create an eating plan that best suits your needs. DON’T pay a nutritionist or personal trainer to tell you what to eat. With our program you DON’T count points or calories or question what you should be eating.
